Our goal is to ensure each and every customer who enters our Terps dispensary has a top of the line experience. To maintain state and local compliance, all customers will need to bring their valid government issued ID card. Examples of these are United States driver’s licenses, passports, passport cards, or military ID cards. Upon arrival to the dispensary entrance, security personnel or a dispensary budtender will be present to review and scan your ID card. ID cards must be scanned in order to verify validity and 21+. To make your shopping experience easier, make sure to keep your ID card handy once you enter the dispensary sales floor because it will be reviewed for a second time at the point of sale.
Dispensary budtenders and sales leads will be present to assist you with navigating the sales floor as well as guiding you through the purchase process. As a customer, you will have the option to place your order directly with a budtender or you can utilize our express ordering kiosks that are available for you to select which products you are interested in purchasing. If you choose to make your product selection directly with a budtender, they will process your order, package it and collect payment all in one location. If you choose to enter your product selection through an express kiosk, you will be called up to an express POS station to pick up your packaged order and process your payment. We are happy to assist you with whichever process makes your experience the most efficient and informative.
